2. Use License & Intellectual Property

Permission is granted to freely access the typing tests, interactive lessons, benchmark simulators, and games on TypeMaster Pro for personal, non-commercial educational use.

All proprietary code, branding, audio compositions, 3D assets, and interactive engine implementations are the intellectual property of TypeMaster Pro. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or reproduce our software without prior written consent.

3. User Conduct & Fair Play

Users agree not to utilize automated bots, macro key-injectors, or script injection tools to artificially inflate leaderboard standings, typing test results, or game scores. We reserve the right to disqualify or ban automated bot traffic.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

TypeMaster Pro provides its typing evaluation services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for extreme accuracy in WPM and Net Accuracy calculations, results are intended for self-improvement and skill assessment.
